Brian Conway currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Epic Media Group, and is a Managing Director for TA Associates. Brian heads the Boston office Technology Group, focusing on recapitalizations, buyouts, and minority growth investments of technology-based growth companies. He is a member of TA Associates' Executive Committee. Prior to TA Associates, Brian was with Merrill Lynch in Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance. Brian is a graduate of Amherst College (BA in Economics and English, magna cum laude) and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business (MBA). He is a Trustee of Amherst College and serves as Chairman of the Steppingstone Foundation, a non-profit group that runs innovative education programs for inner-city children.
